[摘要]济南市中医医院刘荣奎主任医师致力于中医肺系病临床、科研、教学工作30余年，期间积攒了充足的经验。社会快速发展对肺系疾病诊治影响产生了新的趋势，他据此深入挖掘中医辨证体系，提炼临证精华，整理学术思想，总结出“肺卫之疾，无论外感及入里之证，皆能以肺热论为纲”的学术思想，创立了以本人徒弟及学生为主的“城顶”学术流派。笔者通过跟随刘主任学习，整理出刘主任治疗肺系病的理论基础、治疗模式、用药规律。

Research on Liu Rongkui's clinical experience and academic thoughts on pulmonary diseases

[Abstract] Chief Physician Liu Rongkui of Ji'nan Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has devoted himself to the clinical， teaching and scientific research on pulmonary diseases with Chinese medicine treatment for more than 30 years， and has accumulated rich experience. According to the new trend of the impact of the rapid development of society on the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases， he deeply investigates into the dialectical system of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， refines the essence of clinical symptoms， organizes the academic thoughts， concludes the academic thought "The defense of the lung disease， regardless of the external feelings or the interior syndromes， can be based on the lung heat theory"， and establishes the "Chengding" academic school mainly consisting of his apprentices and students. The author learned by following Director Liu， and sorted out the theoretical basis， treatment mode and medication rules of Director Liu's treatment of pulmonary diseases.

刘荣奎教授从事中医临床工作30余年，是山东名中医药专家、山东省肺病重点专科学科带头人、重大呼吸疾病中西医结合临床医学研究中心学科的领头人，在肺系疾病诊治方面具有独到的理论基础和治疗经验，临床疗效显著。

1刘荣奎学术思想的形成

刘教授作为肺病科重点专科学科带头人，在肺系疾病方面临床经验丰富。其以肺热论及肺病记忆理论，创立了以本人徒弟及学生为主的“城顶”学术流派。希望能通过收集整理刘主任的相关医案，通过对资料的回顾性研究，运用现代科技手段，总结学术经验和技术专长，将其学术经验转化为科研成果，提高名中医学术经验的可重复性、可学习性、可推广性，从而推动中医学理论的不断发展。

2肺卫之疾皆以肺热论为纲

刘教授认为肺卫之疾，无论外感及入里之证，皆能以肺热论为纲，按“温热火炎毒”论治[1]。……
