摘 要：对中外合作院校办学模式及特点进行了分析，阐述了中外合作办学院校学生社团与国内普通大学学生社团的不同特征。通过对西交利物浦大学等中外合作大学学生社团建设的分析，探索构建中外合作办学院校学生社团建设长效机制的方式，希望给中外合作办学院校学生社团建设提供启发，推动中外合作办学院校的优质发展。

Abstract：The model and characteristics of Sinoforeign cooperative universities are analyzed.The different characteristics of the student associations between Sinoforeign cooperative universities and domestic ordinary universities are expounded.The ways of building a longterm mechanism for the construction of student associations in Sinoforeign cooperative universities are explored through the analysis of Xian JiaotongLiverpool University etc.It is hoped to provide inspiration for the construction of student associations of Sinoforeign cooperative universities and to promote the quality development of Sinoforeign cooperative universities.

近几年来中外合作办学院校越来越受到人们的关注，中外合作办学模式把国内传统的教育模式和国外优质的教育资源和理念相融合，为我国的高等教育人才培养实现跨越式发展创造了一种全新模式。在专业与教学计划设置、课程设置、师资队伍建设、教材选用、教学监督管理等方面实现国际化，为我国高等教育注入了一股新风，已成为我国高等教育创新的热点之一。中外合作办学院校学生社团活动，在引领校园文化生活，培养学生的兴趣爱好，提高学生的综合素质，自主能力以及人际交往能力等方面发挥着独特的作用[1]。

1 中外合作办学的模式

中外合作办学模式分为具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学、具有高等院校二级学院性质的中外合作学院，以及中外合作办学项目[2]。

具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学：目前经我国教育部正式批准的具有独立法人资格的中外合作大学有西交利物浦大学、宁波诺丁汉大学、上海纽约大学等9所中外合作大学。……
