摘 要：【目的/意义】通过梳理我国农村宅基地流转研究网络，可了解不同时期的研究内容、热点主题及发展趋势，通过定量和定性分析，为该领域日后的研究提供参考。【方法/过程】采用文献计量学方法并结合可视化分析软件CiteSpace和VOSviewer，以中国知网（CNKI）2000-2020年收录的451篇“宅基地流转”相关文献为样本数据，分别从年发文量、作者群体、机构合作及关键词共现图谱和时区图谱等角度进行可视化分析。【结果/结论】研究结果表明，学术界对宅基地流转领域的关注度不断上升，作者群体间的合作较为分散，不同研究机构间尚未形成紧密的研究团体，研究热点集中在农村宅基地流转意愿、影响因素及相关政策等方面。

Abstract： 【Objective/Meaning】By combing the research network of rural homestead circulation in China， the research content， hot topics and development trends in different periods could be understood， and it would provide references for the future research in this field through the quantitative and qualitative analysis.【Methods/Procedures】Through the method of bibliometrics and the visualized analysis softwares， namely CiteSpace and VOSviewer， and by taking the 451 articles on “rural homestead circulation” collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） from 2000 to 2020 as the sample data， the visual analysis was conducted from the perspectives of the number of articles published annually， the group of authors， institutional cooperation， keyword co-occurrence map and time zone map.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the academic circles have paid more and more attention to the field of homestead circulation， the cooperation among the author groups was relatively scattered， different research institutions have not formed a close research group， and the research focused on the willingness， influencing factors and related policies of rural homestead circulation.

农村宅基地是农民生产生活的基本保障，不仅关系到农民的财产利益，而且发挥着维护农村社会稳定、国家安全的作用。然而随着农村现代化进程不断推进，劳动方式发生了巨大变化、劳动力就业呈现出多元化趋势，农村频繁出现宅基地不合法交易、土地使用率降低等问题，直接影响到国家对土地的管理，不利于维护农村集体土地所有权，严重阻碍了我国的城乡一体化进程。因此，如何在符合我国农村实际情况下探索宅基地制度改革，已经成为促进乡村振兴战略中十分重要的课题。
