【摘  要】随着素质教育和新课程改革的不断深入推进，现代教育对小学道德与法治提出了更高的要求。教师在教学过程中除了要讲解基本的基础理论知识，更要关注学生的核心素养培育。同时，要充分认识到当前道德与法治课堂中存在的问题，基于问题针对性地提出具体策略，以引导学生积极投入道德与法治课堂中。

【Abstract】With the continuous and in-depth advancement of quality education and new curriculum reform， modern education has put forward higher requirements for elementary school ethics and rule of law. In the teaching process， teachers should not only explain the basic basic theoretical knowledge， but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' core literacy. At the same time， it is necessary to fully understand the problems existing in the current ethics and rule of law classroom， and put forward specific strategies based on the problem to guide students to actively participate in the ethics and rule of law classroom.

随着教育改革的深入发展，小学道德与法治教育逐渐受到高度重视。教师在教学过程中要能够积极观察学生对课堂的反应，要能够研读具体教材内容，基于学生的学情认知，从不同方面引领学生积极参与到道德与法治教学中。针对教学单一枯燥等问题，教师在优化教学实施的过程中，可以从营造积极的学习氛围，激发学生学习兴趣;基于生活案例剖析，唤醒学生生活经验;设计开展实践活动，助力学生理解内容;深刻挖掘德育要素，陶冶学生多方情感等方面入手，引领学生积极地参与教学互动，实现教学有效发展。

一、当前道德与法治教学课堂中存在的问题

受到传统教育教学理念的影响，在当前的道德与法治课堂中，部分教师依然采用单一枯燥的理论填鸭式教学方法给学生传递知识，导致学生被动地接受知識，学生的学习主体地位不明显，学习兴趣持续低迷，最终导致学习效果极其不佳，影响到课堂教学质量和教学效率。……
