摘  要：文章围绕服务于粤港澳大湾区的高校青年科技人才的成长，从粤港澳三地文化、教育和科技融合发展的理念出发，探讨大湾区内高校在培养具有国家意识、民族意识和大局意识的科技创新型人才的培养模式等方面如何实现优势互补、互利共赢。造就粤港澳大湾区战略性新兴产业技术的复合型青年科技人才，进而提升粤港澳三地的国际竞争力，推动粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心建设。

Abstract： This paper focuses on the growth of youth science and technology talent of universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. From the concept of integrative development of culture， education and science and technology for three places of Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao， cultivate mode of innovative talents of science and technology of universities in the bay area is discussed， especially how to cultivate talents with national consciousness and overall consciousness， and how to realize complementation each other's advantages and achieving win-win outcomes. Interdisciplinary young science and technology talents in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are generated and will enhance the international competitiveness of three places of Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao. It will promote the construction of international science and technology innovation center of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

粵港澳大湾区以不到全国0.6%的国土面积，创造了全国1/9的经济总量。粤港澳大湾区以其独特的政策优势、区位优势、科技创新优势，正在吸引全球投资者的目光，随着《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》的出台，这是一项涉及面广、难点众多的宏伟工程，对落实《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》和《国家文化科技创新工程纲要》，加快推动三地文化和科技融合发展具有重要意义。粤港澳大湾区高等教育在其中所起到的作用是具有决定性战略意义的，发挥粤港澳大湾区辐射引领作用，将能带动珠三角九市与粤东西北地区高等教育加快发展。一方面，广东高校借助港校国际化的办学水平加强粤港澳大湾区人才输出和科研合作，创造国内领先的教育高地，弥补广东高等教育的短板，全方位推进广东与香港高等教育优势互补、互利共赢的大湾区国际科技创新中心建设。……
