摘  要：传统的高校辅导员制度已无法满足目前本科生学业指导的需求，本科生导师制是全面提高高等教育质量的一项举措。结合西安建筑科技大学安全工程专业本科生导师制实施的情况，通过调查问卷掌握了安全工程专业本科生学业指导需求，分析了本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题，并探讨了本科生导师制下安全工程专业学业指导体系，明确了本科生导师的工作内容，对本科生导师制的有效实施提供参考。

Abstract： The traditional college counselor system cannot meet the needs of academic guidance for undergraduates. The undergraduate tutorial system is a measure to improve the quality of higher education comprehensively. Considering the undergraduate tutorial system implementation of safety engineering in Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology， the requirements of undergraduate academic advising were obtained through the questionnaire. The problems existing in the process of implementing tutorial system were analyzed. The safety engineering academic guidance system with tutorial system was explored and the working contents of undergraduate tutor were cleared. It provides reference for the effective implementation of the undergraduate tutorial system.

本科生学业指导是指高等院校针对大学生学业方面所提供的指导和帮助[1]，其涉及内容涵盖大学生学习、创新创业、科研训练等各个方面，是提升高等教育水平及人才培养质量的重要环节。以中国知网数据为基础，以“学业指导”为主题词，统计近10年发表的论文，如图1所示。从图中可以看出，探索本科生导师制及学业指导方面的研究论文整体呈现递增的趋势，尤其是2019-2020年，其发文量都处于一个较高的水平。

2019年全国教育事业发展统计公报显示，我国高等教育毛入学率突破50%大关[2]，实现了从大众化阶段向普及化的历史性跨越。高等教育普及化阶段的新生代大学生，学业发展需求更加多元化，在课程学习、生涯规划、创新创业能力提升等方面都需要更多针对性的指导[3]。2005年，我国教育部发布的《教育部关于进一步加强高等学校本科教学工作的若干意见》中提出：“有条件的高校要积极推行导师制，努力为学生全面发展提供优质和个性化的服务”。……
