摘  要：近些年来，江苏省大力开展中外合作办学教育模式。把“发展中外合作办学，积极推进办学投资体制多元化”作为实施“科教兴省”发展战略的重要举措之一。目前，江苏省在中外合作办学方面成效显著，共有4个中英合作办学机构，占全省中外合作机构总规模的16.7%;48个中英合作办学项目，占全省中外合作项目总数的17.6%。通过数据发现，我校的办学规模已经初见成效。文章从江苏省中英合作办学的现状出发，针对办学层次、区域分布情况、战略合作等方面提出有针对性的对策，旨在促进中英合作办学的教学质量。

Abstract： In recent years， Jiangsu Province has seized the opportunity to take "developing Sino-foreign cooperative education and actively promoting the diversification of the investment system for education" as an important measure to vigorously implement the strategy of "revitalizing the province through science and education". It has made remarkable progress in Sino-British cooperative education. According to the type of cooperative education there are 4 cooperative educational institutions， accounting for 16.7% of the total number of institutions and 48 cooperative education programs accounting for 17.6% of the total number of cooperative programs in Jiangsu Province. In new period， Sino-foreign cooperative education has entered the stage of development from scale to raising quality and efficiency. In view of the current development of Sino-British cooperative education in Jiangsu Province， this paper puts forward suggestions on the school-running level， school-running strategy and quality assurance， and promotes the sustainable development of Sino-British cooperative education.

新時期，教育战略思想已经发生了本质的改变。我们更加趋向于国际化、开放化的教育理念。我们在经济、政治、文化方面与国际间的合作交流不断增多。在这样一种社会化大趋势下，中外合作办学成为了教育发展的必然趋势。但是国内外大学的合作也不是“没有底线”的，教育部对国外合作大学设置了一定的“准入门槛”。“只有高质量的、享有较高声望的国外大学加入的合作关系才允许在中国办学”。目前，全国在“教育部中外合作办学监管工作信息平台”登记在册的合作机构以及项目1800有余。其中有24个中英合作办学机构，占机构总数的37%;192个中英合作办学项目，占项目总数的30%。由此可见，英国是与我国合作机构与数量都较多的老牌国家之一。……
