【摘    要】随着城镇化建设步伐的加快，农村学校的学生越来越少了，每个班几乎就是三五个学生，那么小班额作文教学，就是一个值得探讨的问题。写作教学一直是一个难题，从教师的角度讲，给学生讲解一些写作理论是完全可以的，但是要联系生活经验写作经验来讲解就显得勉为其难了。从学生的角度看，教师讲的理论知识写作技巧似乎听懂了，但是提起笔来不知从何下手，这就是说教和学在一定程度上说存在脱节的问题。那么如何理论联系实际，让学生真正掌握写人叙事的技巧，写出优美的篇章，写出自己风格的作文来，是一个值得探讨的问题。小班额教学能发挥教师一对一的辅导优势，化解大班额教学无法解决的问题，能很好地辅导学生写作，提高学生的作文能力。

Give Full Play to the Advantages of Small Classes and Improve Students' Ability to Write and Narrate

【Abstract】With the acceleration of urbanization， there are fewer and fewer students in rural schools. There are almost three to five students in each class. Then composition teaching in small classes is a problem worthy of discussion. Writing teaching has always been a difficult problem. From the perspective of teachers， it is perfectly possible to explain some writing theories to students， but it is reluctant to explain in terms of life experience and writing experience. From a student's perspective， the teacher's theoretical knowledge writing skills seem to understand， but the students didnt know where to start when they picked up the pen. This means that there is a disconnect between preaching and learning to a certain extent. So how to integrate theory with practice， so that students can truly master the skills of writing narratives， write beautiful chapters， and write their own style of composition is a question worth exploring. Small-class teaching can give full play to the teacher's one-on-one tutoring advantage， resolve problems that cannot be solved by large class teaching， guide students' writing well， and improve students' composition ability.

一、用最簡洁的笔墨写一个鲜活的人物

写人要抓住人物特点来写，如果这个人物有什么与众不同的特点，就可以抓住这个特点，进行一定的艺术加工，以此写出鲜明的人物形象。现实生活中，每个人都有不同于他人的特点，这种特点反映在方方面面。大千世界，每个人的长相首先是不同的，说话的方式、说话的语音也会与他人不尽相同的，性格方面、生活习惯方面也是千人千面，各具特色。写作的时候，我们要仔细观察分析所写人物与他人不同的地方，然后真实地写下来，这样就能写出自己的作文来，也能写出一个鲜活的人物形象。……
