【摘    要】心理健康教育是初中教育不可忽视的内容，开展好心理健康教育对于初中生身心健康发展具有重要意义。但受相关因素制约，初中心理健康教育没有得到良好实施。因此，必须进一步完善和加强初中生心理健康教育。本文对初中心理健康教育存在问题做简要分析，其次就初中生心理健康教育策略以及实施路径做重点探究，希望能为相关工作带来些许帮助。

Research on Mental Health Education Strategy of Junior High School Students and Exploration of Its Implementation Path

【Abstract】Mental health education is a content that cannot be ignored in junior high school education， and it is of great significance to develop mental health education for the physical and mental health of junior high school students. However， restricted by related factors， mental health education in junior high schools has not been well implemented. Therefore， it is necessary to further improve and strengthen the mental health education of junior high school students. This article makes a brief analysis of the problems in the mental health education of junior high school students， and then focuses on exploring the strategies and implementation paths of mental health education for junior high school students， hoping to bring some help to related work.

在学习压力、考试压力以及社会环境等因素的影响下，越来越多的初中生开始出现心理问题。深入研究可知，初中阶段学生的自我意识进入快速发展阶段，但正确的价值观尚未形成，这个时候的学生心思敏感且容易受到外界环境的影响，存在情绪不稳定、思想偏激的情况。但是他们内心渴望得到来自教师、家长的关心、关注与理解，只是不善于表达出来。这要求教师家长加强对初中生心理健康状况的关注，及时给予他们正确的心理健康引导。但是现实中一些教师、家长忽视了学生的情感需求与心理需要，部分学生出现心理健康问题后因为得不到及时疏导，从而出现更加严重的心理问题。因此，加强对初中生的心理健康教育势在必行。基于此，下面将对初中生心理健康教育存在的问题及心理健康教育策略展开深入分析与研究。
