摘要 近年来，国内外对传统中药青蒿的药理作用进行了系统的研究，随着研究的不断深入，表明其具有显著的药理活性，但青蒿在畜禽养殖业中的应用研究较少，因此有必要对青蒿在畜禽養殖业中的应用研究进行综述，特别是在这“禁抗、减抗、限抗”已成畜牧业发展的必然趋势情况下，以便推动其在畜牧生产中的应用。

Abstract In recent years， the pharmacological effects of the traditional Chinese medicine Artemisia annua have been systematically studied at home and abroad. With the continuous deepening of research， it has shown that it has significant pharmacological activity. However， there are few researches on the application of Artemisia annua in the livestock and poultry breeding， so it is necessary to review the research on the application of Artemisia annua in the livestock and poultry breeding， especially when the “banning， reducing and limiting resistance” has become an inevitable trend in the development of animal husbandry， in order to promote its application in animal husbandry production.

青蒿，又名香蒿、黑蒿、草蒿等，菊科艾属一年生草本植物。青蒿为我国传统中药、地道药材，民间主要用作清热、凉血、消暑、泻热、止汗、消肿、化斑等。中药青蒿作为传统清热药，已有两千多年的历史，在临床上得到广泛的应用，其主要有效成分青蒿素用于治疗多型疟疾，疗效显著，并得到世界的认可[1]。目前，青蒿提取物或全草已作为绿色植物饲料添加剂在畜牧生产中的应用取得一定进展，但青蒿在畜牧业中的应用还缺乏系统研究。笔者对青蒿在畜禽养殖业中的应用研究进行综述，以期为后续研究和应用提供参考依据。

1 防治畜禽寄生虫病

李蕴玉等[2]在青蒿对球虫卵囊体外抑制试验中，用青蒿提取物处理球虫卵囊，在第4、6天时卵囊孢子化率均极显著低于2.5%重铬酸钾对照处理组，青蒿的抑制效果较好，并随着药物浓度的增加，卵囊孢子化率呈下降趋势，其中以0.1、0.2 g/mL 青蒿的抑制效果最佳，培养至第4、6天时卵囊孢子化率分别为 28.11%、26.12% 和 26.36%、25.12%，其机理可能是由于青蒿中的主要有效成分青蒿素达到一定浓度时能够渗透卵囊壁产生抑制或杀灭球虫卵囊作用增强免疫功能作用。……
