【摘   要】   从城市更新的背景出发，在空间格局分析框架的基础上，利用空间格局功能评价原理，得到了功能评价指标值矩阵，通过计算功能评价指标的功能值，完成旧建筑空间格局功能的评价;利用全域性指数和局域性指数，计算了旧建筑空间临近单元模块属性之间的相似程度，通过引入冷热点统计量，反映旧建筑空间格局的属性特征，结合冷热点统计量计算公式，建立了空间格局规划模型;最后通过滨河线性旧建筑空间格局规划和块状空间格局规划，实现了旧建筑空间格局的规划。实验结果表明，与其他两种规划方法相比，城市更新背景下旧建筑空间格局规划方法规划效果更好。

Spatial Pattern Planning Method of Old Buildings in the

Context of Urban Renewal

【Abstract】    Starting from the background of urban renewal， on the basis of the analysis framework of the spatial pattern of old buildings， using the principle of functional evaluation of the spatial pattern of old buildings， the value matrix of functional evaluation index is obtained. By calculating the functional value of the functional evaluation index， the evaluation of the spatial pattern function of old buildings is completed; by using the global index and the local index， the adjacent unit module of old buildings is calculated. Through the introduction of cold hot spot statistics， reflecting the attribute characteristics of the spatial pattern of the old buildings， and combining with the calculation formula of cold hot spot statistics， the spatial pattern planning model of the old buildings is established; finally， the spatial pattern planning of the old buildings is realized by the linear old buildings along the river and the block spatial pattern planning. The experimental results show that， compared with the other two planning methods， the old building spatial pattern planning method under the background of urban renewal has better planning effect.

0     引言

城市更新背景下，旧建筑改造强调要在保持空间格局特征的基础上提升价值。土地利用方式的升级，推动了旧建筑空间格局的规划升级，同时也使得旧建筑空间得以重构。旧建筑空间格局失衡现象不仅带来了生态环境问题，还使环境保护与发展之间的矛盾更加突出[1]。国内在旧建筑空间格局规划方面的进程晚于国外的一些发达国家，针对旧建筑空间格局的理论研究主要集中在城乡规划和地域地理学领域，旧建筑空间的演变主要是在城镇化背景下展开研究的，在时间维度的基础上，利用空间分析法分析旧建筑空间格局的特征变化，总结空间格局演变的规律[2];国外主要是在社会学的视角下，以空间格局规划问题为导向，通过空间格局规划的具体问题追溯到问题存在的根源，为深入了解旧建筑空间格局规划的趋势和规律提供新的视角[3]。……
