【摘   要】   经济发展动力是区域综合能力的重要组成部分，地区经济发展动力水平的综合评价是正确认识各地区经济综合实力，反映经济建设成就的重要研究内容。根据区域经济发展研究的相关文献，结合实际情况，构建31个省、市、自治区经济发展动力水平综合评价的指标，利用因子分析和聚类分析分析方法，对原始数据进行分析，从而对全国各地区经济发展动力水平做出客观、准确的评价。

Comprehensive Evaluation of the Dynamic Level of Regional Economic Development Based on Factor-Cluster Analysis

【Abstract】    The power of regional economic development is an important part of regional comprehensive ability. The comprehensive evaluation of the power level of regional economic development is an important research content to correctly understand the comprehensive strength of regional economy and reflect the achievements of economic construction. Based on the relevant literature of regional economic development research， combined with the actual situation， this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index of the economic development power level of 31 provinces， cities and autonomous regions， analyzes the original data by using factor analysis and cluster analysis methods， so as to make an objective， reliable and accurate evaluation of the economic development power level of all regions in the country.

0     引言

目前关于地区经济发展水平综合评价，国内已有许多学者对此展开研究，其中具代表性的有：张晓芮在对青海的经济研究中， 以青海8个有代表性的州市为样本，研究发现青海省各州市经济发展水平相差巨大[1];任志安等基于“五大发展理念”构建了“CHIES”模型，选取了安徽省经济发展的C、H、I、E与S五个维度和22个指标，通过熵值耦合法对安徽省经济发展水平做出评价[2];卢荣伟选取地区生产总值等8项反映经济状况的指标为评价指标体系，利用多元统计分析中的因子分析和聚类分析，对桂林市16区县2015年的经济发展状况进行综合比较和评价，并进一步分析差异存在原因[3]。从相关文献可以看出， 针对地区经济发展动力的研究大多局限于部分地域的研究，缺少宏观上对全国经济发展水平的评估研究。本文将在此基础上，从31个省、市、自治区着手整体分析全国的经济发展动力水平。……
