摘要：伴随科学技术的进一步提升，自动化技术的应用愈加广泛，制造行业中自动化技术应用也愈加成熟，为制造业生产技术改善、成本控制节约、生产效率提升等等提供了有效的支持。文章对自动化技术进行简要阐述，并对其组成、优点以及在汽车机械制造行业的应用进行探讨，对其现状的不足以及对策进行探讨，希望能够提升自动化技术的应用水平。

Abstract： With the further improvement of science and technology， the application of automation technology is more and more widely， and the application of automation technology in the manufacturing industry is also more and more mature， which provides effective support for the improvement of manufacturing production technology， cost control and saving， production efficiency improvement and so on. In this paper， the automation technology is briefly described， and its composition， advantages and application in the automotive machinery manufacturing industry are discussed， the shortcomings of its current situation and countermeasures are discussed， hoping to improve the application level of automation technology.

0  引言

自动化技术经历了长期的发展，逐步取得了今天的成果，其主要经历的技术发展阶段主要包括：自动化技术的形成→局部实现自动化→整体自动化技术应用。自动化技术的发展是社会需求的不断提升所引导的，也是科学技术的进一步发展，这也促进了科学技术、工业制造不断的技术融合，为自动化生产提供助力。在汽车制造业中，自动化技术的应用为企业生产效率的提升奠定了基础，帮助企业提升经济效益。

1  自动化技术的含义简述

机械自动化，是以机器为基础，替代人工的同时，由机械设备、电器元件、能源供给等实现自动完成既定工作的技术。自动化技术的应用，能够极大的解放劳动力，减少人工方面的投入，同时还能够在生产规模、生产效率、品质控制、产量规模方面得到有效提升。
