摘要：目的 探讨优质护理干预配合健康教育在冠心病心绞痛患者中的应用价值。方法 将82例于2020年3月-2021年3月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成AB两组。予以A组常规护理干预，B组健康教育联合优质护理干预，并对比干预效果。结果 B组心绞痛发作次数、疼痛持续时间及疼痛评分均少于A组，健康知识认知评分及护理依从性均高于A组，对比存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 健康教育联合优质护理干预冠心病心绞痛，可提升患者对疾病的认知及护理依从性，从而有助于症状的缓解。

Objective to explore the application value of high quality nursing intervention and health education in patients with coronary heart disease angina. Methods 82 patients with angina pectoris were enrolled in the study from March 2020 to March 2021. The patients were divided into two groups by the same amount of computer random method. The intervention was given to group A，health education in group B and high quality nursing intervention，and the intervention effect was compared. Results the number of angina attacks，duration of pain and pain score in group B were lower than that of group A，and the cognitive score of health knowledge and nursing compliance were higher than that of group A（P < 0.05）. Conclusion health education combined with high quality nursing intervention can improve the patients' cognition and compliance with the disease，and thus help to alleviate the symptoms.

冠心病心绞痛的发病率比较高，病发后患者会有不同程度的疼痛、胸闷、气短等症状表现，严重者会出现心律失常及心功能衰竭，最终危及生命【1-2】。针对该疾病不仅需要展开有效治疗，同时还要进行高质量护理干预，才可以最终改善疾病预后【3】。而本次纳入研究冠心病心绞痛患者82例，并于2020年3月-2021年3月开展医学研究，着重分析健康教育联合优质护理的干预效果。现将详细内容进行如下报告：

1 资料和方法

1.1一般资料

经院内伦理委员会批准，将82例于2020年3月-2021年3月收治的冠心病心绞痛患者纳入研究，并以等量电脑随机法均分成AB两组。A组男女比例22：20，年龄均值（65.65±3.70）岁，病程均值（3.24±1.46）年。B组男女比例23：19，年龄均值（65.82±3.79）岁，病程均值（3.26±1.47）年。对比患者资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。

纳入标准：（1）签署知情文件;（2）沟通良好。……
