摘 要：现代建筑工程和人们的日常生活密切相关，随着时代的发展，人们对于建筑工程的质量的需要日渐提升。所以，有必要积极有效地增强对建筑材料的质量的重视和关注，结合当前行业当中的标准，科学合理地应用施工材料，使其可以充分发挥出应有效用，用于从根本上促进建筑施工的质量的提升。在开展实际施工活动的过程中，有必要结合规定步骤，采用科学合理的方法，对材料的性能等进行综合检测。

Abstract： Modern construction engineering is closely related to people’s daily life. With the development of the times， people’s need for the quality of construction engineering is increasing. Therefore， it is necessary to actively and effectively strengthen the attention to the quality of building materials， and scientifically and reasonably apply construction materials in combination with the current industry standards， so that they can give full play to their effective use and fundamentally promote the improvement of the quality of building construction. In the process of carrying out actual construction activities， it is necessary to comprehensively test the performance of materials by using scientific and reasonable methods in combination with the specified steps.

一、前言

自从我国进入到21世纪以來，我国社会主义事业的发展越发全面多样化，建筑行业所取得的成绩更是令人瞩目，房地产行业的蓬勃发展、基础建筑行业的稳定发、桥梁建设走出国门、高铁建设普及大中小城市，许多代表着中国的企业纷纷登上国际舞台，为世界基础建设提供的贡献不容忽略，建筑工程是推动我国经济建设和发展的重要组成部分[1]。在实际建设的过程中，材料检测工作对于保证建筑工程的质量而言，有着相当重要的意义。

二、建筑材料检测存在的问题

（一）检测人员操作不合理

对于现代建筑材料的检测工作来讲，检验人员的职业素养和专业技术与其直接相关，如果操作并不科学合理的话，将会导致出现各种各样的问题[2]。在开展检测工作的过程中，如果检测人员缺乏完整且具体的责任意识且并不具备扎实的基础知识储备的话，就难以胜任复杂的检测工作，导致检测工作难以准确有效地贯彻落实。……
