摘要：随着我国经济的发展，建筑行业逐渐成为世界领先的行业，建筑安全也成为人们越来越关注的话题。我国现阶段的建筑管理工作存在一些问题，不规范的安全保护措施、不完整的施工安全责任制度，这些都不利于我国建筑行业施工现场的安全管理的发展。相关施工单位要切实考虑我国当前建筑施工现场的安全工作管理情况，有针对性地制定一系列措施，确保建筑施工工程的安全。

Abstract： With the development of China’s economy， the construction industry has gradually become the world's leading industry and more and more people are paying attention to construction safety. There are some problems in China’s current construction management， such as non-standard safety protection measures and incomplete construction safety responsibility system， which are not conducive to the development of safety management in the construction site of China’s construction industry. Relevant construction units shall earnestly examine the current safety management of construction sites in China and formulate targeted measures to ensure the safety of construction projects.

一、引言

建筑行业随着我国经济发展也迎来了新的挑战，现阶段建筑行业除了提升建筑工程的施工技术外，保障施工过程中的安全是重中之重。建筑工程的施工环境相对来说比较复杂，因此一定要建立健全的施工现场安全管理制度，并且要切实有效地落实[1]。如果无法保障建筑施工工程中的安全质量问题，不仅会造成人身财产的损失，还会有损企业在建筑市场中的形象，降低竞争力，同时还会给我国社会稳定发展带来一定的负面影响[2]。本文针对建筑工程施工过程中的安全监督管理工作存在的问题进行相关讨论，并提出相关问题的解决对策，希望给读者带来一定的参考价值。
