摘要：在城市化进程不断加快的进程中，新型城镇化的模型已经形成，在新形势的影响之下城市规划工作需要进行全面的规划与设计，并在城市整体规划过程中贡献着重要力量。根据这一现状需要全面完善现阶段城市发展存在的问题。在经济水平不断发展的前提下，人们的生活方式和生活水平都得到了前所未有的改善，也在一定程度上促进了城市化进程的实现。但随着城市化规模的不断加快，具有城市特色的建筑风格正在逐渐消失，更需要建筑领域的发展与时代发展的脚步互相协调。本文主要就城市建设与城市规划的内涵、城市规划设计与建筑设计之间的关系、新型城镇化背景下城市规划与建筑设计的设计方式进行分析。

Abstract： In the accelerating process of urbanization， a new model of urbanization has been formed. Under the influence of the new situation， urban planning needs comprehensive planning and design， and plays an important role in the overall urban planning process. According to this situation， we need to comprehensively improve the existing problems of urban development at this stage. On the premise of the continuous development of economic level， people’s lifestyle and living standards have been improved unprecedentedly， which has also promoted the realization of urbanization to a certain extent. However， with the continuous acceleration of the scale of urbanization， the architectural style with urban characteristics is gradually disappearing， and it is more necessary for the development of the architectural field to coordinate with the pace of the development of the times. This paper mainly analyzes the connotation of urban construction and urban planning， the relationship between urban planning and design and architectural design， and the design methods of urban planning and architectural design under the background of new urbanization.

一、前言

随着经济发展水平的显著提升，新型城镇化发展十分稳定，需要设计人员采取有效的方式并根据建筑物的特点，在对城市化设计进行选择的时候，需要对现阶段的城市化进程进行不断完善[1]，针对这一现象，应提前对新型城镇化条件下的城市规划与建筑设计问题进行研究，并对城市空间的利用进行优化设计时，应充分考虑城市发展空间和产业的布局问题，相关部门更需要提升重视程度，对新型城市化的发展为新时期背景[2]，并根据实际情况进行全方位的规划设计，保障新型城镇化背景下城市规划与建筑设计问题得到全面的解决。……
