摘要：自动化技术，是新型技术操作和运用的主要形态，它具有应用性广、实际操作性强等特征。为此，本文结合自动化技术的相关理论，着重从集成化操作、数控化实现等方面，探究新形势下自动化技术在机械设计制造中的实现要点，以达到彰显技术优势，促进国内机械设计制造活动有序展开的目的。

Abstract： Automation technology is the main form of operation and application of new technology， which has the characteristics of wide application and strong practical operation. Therefore， this paper， combined with the theory of automation technology， focuses on the integrated operation， numerical control realization and other aspects， to explore the new situation of automation technology in mechanical design and manufacturing， in order to highlight the technical advantages and promote the orderly development of domestic mechanical design and manufacturing activities.

0  引言

我们的生活离不了机械制造，机械制造类产品的质量将对我们的生活及生产都产生重要的影响。机械设计与制造在新时期的发展趋向，不仅要保障机械结构自身缺失问题的有效性弥补，还需要对如何技术适应时代发展转变。而以自动化技术为引导，不断进行新形势下机械设计制造手段革新，能够实现效率和技术的双重性发展，在提升机械制造水平的同时，解放劳动力。

1  自动化概述

自动化技术，属于一门综合性技术手段，它和计算机技术、电子学、自动控制技术等学科之间均有关联。随着社会技术手段不断发展，自动化技术实际应用范围也在不断的拓展，它所带来的社会效益性也在不断的增加[1]。

现以机械设计制造领域为代表，将自动化技术应用其中，在借助互联网及计算机技术的基础上，对机械设计和制造流程进行科学的管理，其优势归纳为：①自动化技术的运用，能够借助程序运作、电力供应等方式，提升机械生产效率，并减少了人工操作环节，将不必要的生产周期排除掉，从而使人工成本降低，生产效率提高。……
