摘要：装备制造业向智能制造转型已经迫在眉睫，智能制造作为装备制造业新的发展及突破方向，是加快装备制造产品更新升级，促进装备制造企业转型升级，实现我国制造强国战略的重要举措。本文以传统装备制造企业兰州兰石集团有限公司为研究对象，在企业两化融合及智能制造开展的基础上，通过对现状问题的研究分析，进而提出兰州兰石集团有限公司深入推进智能制造的有关对策及建议。

Abstract： The transformation of equipment manufacturing industry to intelligent manufacturing is imminent nowadays. As a new development and breakthrough direction of equipment manufacturing industry， intelligent manufacturing undoubtedly is a significant measure to accelerate the upgrading of equipment manufacturing products， promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises， that is an important measure to realize China’s manufacturing power strategy. This paper takes Lanzhou LS Group Co.， Ltd. a traditional equipment manufacturing enterprise， as the research object. Based on the integration of enterprise and intelligent manufacturing， this paper analyzes the current problems and then puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for Lanzhou LS Group Co.， Ltd. to further promote intelligent manufacturing.

1  智能制造发展背景和趋势

近年来，世界各国在智能制造领域争相布局，抢占制高点，智能制造已成为重塑世界城市之间产业竞争力的关键因素[1，2]。我国目前虽然是世界第一制造业大国，但从总体上讲，我国制造业规模较大，传统制造业比重较大，工业基础仍薄弱，工业关键环节突破面临较多困难，整体智能化水平较低，距离制造强国还有一段距离[3]。国内的大多数制造企业在当前仍然处于向自动化转型的阶段，只有很少一部分通过互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术实现了数字化转型。

随着制造业变得越来越先进和成熟，传统制造业大国如美国、德国、日本和英国等持续开发先进制造技术[4]，竟争力持续增强，我国走向制造强国的道路将面临更大的竞争。

智能制造是我国制造业转型升级、提质增效的必由之路。我国于2015年顶层布局《中国制造2025》及智能制造规划[6]，将智能制造作为装备制造业新的发展及突破方向，向制造强国逐步迈进，计划到本世纪中叶，将我国制造业能力提升到世界领先水平，形成完备的技术创新体系和产业体系。……
