摘 要 目的：观察王氏保赤丸治疗儿童反流性咳嗽（肺胃不和、痰热食积型）的效果。方法：选取反流性咳嗽患儿54例，随机分成对照组（26例）和治疗组（28例），对照组给予口服奥美拉唑治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上给予口服王氏保赤丸，治疗2周后观察治疗效果。结果：治疗后治疗组咳嗽症状评分（CSS）与反流指数量表评分（RSI）低于对照组；临床有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：王氏保赤丸可以缓解儿童反流性咳嗽临床症状，改善临床症状评分。

Clinical observation of Wangshi Baochi pill in the treatment of children with reflux cough

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the effect of Wangshi Baochi pill in the treatment of children with reflux cough （lung stomach disharmony， phlegm heat and food accumulation）. Methods： Fifty-four cases were selected and randomly divided into a control group （26 cases） and a treatment group （28 cases）. The control group was treated with omeprazole， and the treatment group was treated with Wangshi Baochi pill plus omeprazole. The treatment effect was observed after 2 weeks. Results： After treatment， the cough symptom score （CSS） and reflux index scale score （RSI） were lower and the clinical effective rate was higher in the treatment group than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Wangshi Baochi pill can relieve the clinical symptoms of children with reflux cough and improve the score of clinical symptoms.

反流性咳嗽是一種因食道功能异常胃内容物（包括胃酸及其他胃内容物）反流进入食道，以及咽、喉、气管等上气道部位，出现以咳嗽为突出症状的临床综合征。无论是胃食管反流（gastroesophageal reflux，GER）、还是咽喉反流（laryngopharyngeal reflux，LPR），都是导致儿童慢性咳嗽的主要原因之一，其导致的反流性咳嗽发病率在慢性咳嗽中占比达5%～20%，多个研究结果表明，儿童慢性咳嗽与反流密切相关[1-4]，渐渐引起包括儿科、呼吸科、消化科、耳鼻喉科等多个学科的重视。目前反流性咳嗽西医药物治疗多以抑酸剂和胃肠促动力药以缓解症状，停药后症状易反复。中医在治疗咳嗽、反酸、嗳气等方面经验丰富，王氏保赤丸是清末名医王胪卿根据祖传秘方配制的成药，对消化系统疾病有良好作用。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2018年9月-2020年9月厦门市中医院门诊治疗的符合反流性咳嗽（肺胃不和、痰热食积型）患儿52例，随机将其分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组28例。对照组26例。两组患儿在性别、年龄、病程等一般资料上比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05，表1）。
