摘    要：为中国高校培养武术国际传播人才提供启示。运用文献研究法、访谈法、实地考察法、个案分析法等，基于对中国2所综合性大学和2所专业性体育院校的武术国际传播人才培养实践的调查，分析我国这4所高校关于武术国际传播人才培养的现状及困境。以北京中医药大学为个案，深入分析其培养中医药国际传播人才在课程设置、专业建设、培养平台建设等方面的经验。在此基础上，对我国高校关于武术国际传播人才培养策略的优化提出建议：1）开阔文化视野，融合中医药等中华文化知识培养体育医学人才;2）夯实武术国际教育基础，完善武术跨文化传播的相关学科与课程体系;3）面向国际，提升武术国际传播人才培养实践平台。

Abstract：To provide enlightenment for the cultivation of Wushu international communication talents. By using the methods of literature review， interview， on-the-spot investigation and case analysis， based on the investigation of the cultivation practice of Wushu international communication talents in two comprehensive universities and two professional sports colleges in China， this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of the cultivation of Wushu international communication talents in four universities. Taking Beijing University of Chinese Medicine as a case， this paper analyzes the experience of its curriculum， specialty construction and training platform in the process of training international communication talents of traditional Chinese medicine. On this basis，  the suggestions of the optimization of the training strategy of international communication talents of Wushu in four universities in China is proposed： 1） broaden the cultural vision， integrate the Chinese culture and knowledge such as traditional Chinese medicine to train sport medicine talents; 2） tamping the foundation for Wushu international education and perfecting the related disciplines and curriculum system of cross-cultural communication of martial arts; and 3） facing the international， enhance the martial arts international communication talents training practical platform.

中國武术的国际化传播对于提升中国国家文化软实力，提高中华优秀传统文化的国际影响力，在构建中国国家形象方面从宏观到微观都有推波助澜的作用[1]。中国武术蕴含着中华优秀传统文化元素，其以身体活动为表达方式，以体育教育、审美、健身为功能，承载着中华优秀传统文化的哲学内涵，因而在“走出去”扩大中华文化影响力方面具有独特的优势。然而，武术在国际传播方面时至今日虽然取得了一些显著的成就，但是却仍未摆脱文化内涵流失的“虚无”之态，本质特性磨损之弊，从而造成传播实效略显“荒凉”的局面[2]。……
