[摘 要] 指出目前国内科技出版社开发运营的科技类知识服务平台普遍面临知识内容领域单一、不成规模、更新缓慢等短板问题;基于区块链技术的新型知识社区内容创作和发现方式对于解决以上问题有重大参考价值。提出并论证了一种基于Steemit区块链的新型科技知识服务体系的设计方案;新体系采用“平台+社区”“Token激励”“热启动”等多种创新模式，理论上可帮助传统科技知识服务平台摆脱目前困境，实现可持续高质量发展。

[Abstract] The technological knowledge service platforms developed and operated by domestic science and technology publishing houses are generally facing the problems such as covering limited subject areas， small scale， updating slowly and so on. Whereas the new content creation and discovery method of knowledge community based on blockchain technology has great reference value for solving the above-mentioned problems. This paper proposes and demonstrates a design scheme of a new scientific and technological knowledge service system based on Steemit blockchain. The new system adopts a variety of innovative modes such as“platform + community”， “Token incentive”，“hot start”and the like. It can facilitate the traditional scientific and technological knowledge service platforms to get over the current difficulties and to achieve sustainable and high-quality development theoretically.

1 引 言

隨着传统出版和数字出版深入融合发展，国内科技出版社开始积极尝试开发科技类知识服务平台，并取得一定的社会效益和经济效益。但是，这些科技知识服务平台的数字内容普遍来源于对纸质科技出版物内容的拆分和标引，受纸质出版物本身内容和形式的局限，普遍存在知识内容领域单一、规模较小、更新缓慢、运营薄弱等短板。这些短板造成平台面对知网、超星等大型综合性专业文献内容服务商以及知乎、果壳等互联网知识社区的竞争时缺乏核心竞争力;平台的市场空间被不断挤压，难以做强做大，甚至面临巨大的生存压力。因此，科技出版社亟需探索新的知识生产模式，运用新技术以实现平台专业知识的供给侧优化升级，改变目前的困难局面。
