[摘 要] 选取具有代表性的10所高校共192本专业必读书目作为样本，通过内容分析法对编辑出版学硕士研究生必读书目进行统计，归纳5个大类、9个一级编码领域和12个二级编码领域，从中提取编辑出版学硕士研究生专业知识体系的基本面貌。研究发现，编辑出版学硕士研究生的知识体系存在着知识的广度不足、视域狭窄，实践性知识比重低以及知识内容缺乏时代性与前沿性问题。针对以上问题，本文提出提升知识更新速度、运用融合型知识解决出版实践中遇到的新问题以及建构硕士人才复合型知识体系建议，以适应时代发展与出版业态变革的建议。

[Abstract] In this study，192 required reading bibliographies from ten representative universities are selected as samples，and the required reading bibliographies of editing and publishing are counted by the method of content analysis. 5 categories，9 first-level coding fields and 12 second-level coding fields are summarized，from which the basic features of the professional knowledge system of postgraduates in editing and publishing are extracted and summarized. It is found that there are some problems in the knowledge system of editing and publishing postgraduates，such as insufficient breadth of knowledge，narrow field of view，low proportion of practical knowledge and lack of era and frontier knowledge content. In view of above problems，this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the speed of knowledge updating，using integrated knowledge to solve the new problems encountered in publishing practice，and constructing a compound knowledge system of masters talents in order to adapt to the development of the times and the reform of the publishing industry.

1 問题的提出

编辑出版学是研究国内外出版业运行规律并指导出版实践发展的一门应用型学科，专业着重培养学生系统的编辑出版理论知识与技能，以及广泛的文化科学知识。根据中国研究生招生信息网2020年公布的数据显示，目前国内拥有编辑出版学硕士培养资格的高校共26所，这些高校大部分是一些综合类的大学和师范类院校，也有部分理工科院校开设此专业。但由于各培养单位的培养方案和要求不同，使得编辑出版学专业在各高校的归属上存在很大的差异性，有些学校是开设在新闻传播学院（新闻学院或传播学院）之下，比如北京大学、中国传媒大学等;有些是开设在文学院之下，比如复旦大学、南开大学、四川大学等;有些是开设在信息管理学院之下，比如南京大学、武汉大学等;有些则是成立专门的出版学院，比如北京印刷学院[1]。……
