摘  要：课程思政融入财务管理学课程的探索，是深化财务管理专业教学改革的重要内容，也是落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径。文章分析了课程思政融入财务管理学课程的必要性，提出将传统文化融入现代财务理论的教学进行课程思政的内容设计，从教师、教材和制度建设三个维度为课程思政提供保障。

Abstract： The exploration of Integrating Ideological and political education into financial management teaching is not only an important content of deepening the teaching reform of financial management major， but also an important way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people. This paper analyzes the necessity of integrating the ideological and political education into the teaching of financial management， suggests integrating the traditional financial culture into the teaching of modern financial theory to design the content of ideological and political course， so as to guarantee for the ideological and political course from three dimensions of teachers， teaching materials and system construction.

黨中央长期以来一直都非常重视高校大学生的思想政治教育工作。2016年12月召开的全国高校思想政治会议上，习近平总书记提出，要把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面;要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。2019年3月18日召开的思想政治理论课教师座谈会上，习近平总书记再次强调，各类课程和思政课程要相互配合。思政元素融入专业课教育是新时代高校专业课所面临的新课题，也是其必须担负的历史使命，彰显了以习近平同志为核心的党中央对做好新时代高校思想政治教育工作的高度重视，也必然是当今高校思想政治教育创新发展的方向和趋势。……
