摘要 作为中华传统文化的重要组成部分，传统手工艺和人民群众的生活密不可分，但在现代化、工业化浪潮的冲击下，却面临着传统价值丢失的风险。然而，在当前传统手工艺传承整体呈现出日益凋敝这一趋势的情形下，凝聚着固始劳动人民智慧的柳编手工艺却在文化法则的支配下，适应了农村现代化的要求，不仅展现出丰厚的工艺文化积淀，更与现代生活紧密相联。以河南省固始县柳编手工艺发展为切入点，采用实证调查、统计分析、案例研究等分析方法探求柳编手工艺的生产性保护发展路径，为手工艺发展和非物质文化遗产保护提供借鉴。

Analysis of Value and Development Path of Wicker Handicraft in Intangible Cultural Heritage—Taking Gushi County of Henan Province as an Example

Abstract As an important part of Chinese traditional culture， traditional handicraft is closely related with the peoples life， facing the risk of losing its characteristics under the impact of modernization and industrialization. However， under the control of cultural rules， the willow weaving handicraft which embodies the wisdom of the working people of Gushi， adapts to the requirements of rural modernization. It is not only rich in craft culture， but also closely linked with peoples modern life. Taking Gushi willow weaving handicraft development as the breakthrough point， this paper analyzes the productive protection and development path of willow weaving handicraft with the methods of empirical investigation， statistical analysis and typical case study， and provides useful reference for the protection and development of handicraft and intangible cultural heritage.

河南省固始縣有着悠久的人文历史和深厚的文化积淀。南北文化在这里交融荟萃，使该地域形成了兼收并蓄的文化特征。柳编手工技艺与花挑舞、灶戏、皮影戏、大鼓书等共同构成了固始县非物质文化遗产的独特韵味，在推动该县农村文化、经济发展的过程中发挥着重要作用。柳编工艺品是固始当地农民喜闻乐见的生活生产工具，柳编手工技艺也是一种独具特色的民间手工技艺，它的产生、发展、兴盛始终与农耕文明同步。
