摘要 矿产资源的开发对国民经济发展起着重要推动作用的同时也带来了严峻的环境问题，因此筛选出适合当地矿区生长且能够富集重金属的植物进行生态修复尤为重要。通过选取生长在银铅矿区的植物，对其调查采样分析，分别测定植物样品中地上部分和地下部分的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd、Ni、Cr含量，计算其转运系数来初步分析对应植物的重金属转运能力。结果表明：调查的多种植物中，羽衣甘蓝、高羊茅、桔梗、黑沙蒿、丝路蓟等对于Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ni、Cr都具有一定的转运能力，可为筛选当地潜在的可富集重金属植物提供参考。

Study on the Absorption and Transportation of Heavy Metals in Soil by the Plants in Daqingshan

Abstract While the development of mineral resources plays an important role in promoting the development of the national economy， it also brings about severe environmental problems. Therefore， it is particularly important to select plants suitable for growth in local mining areas and capable of enriching heavy metals for ecological restoration. In this study， we selected plants that grow in the silver-lead mining area， surveyed， sampled and analyzed the heavy metal content of Cu， Zn， Pb， Cd， Ni， and Cr in the above-ground and underground parts of the plant samples， and calculated the transport coefficient for preliminary analysis. The results showed that among the plants investigated，  Brassica oleracea  var. acephala f.tricolor， Festuca elata  Keng ex E. Alexeev， Platycodon grandiflorus  （Jacq.） A. DC.， Artemisia ordosica  Krasch.， Cirsium arvense  and so on all have certain transfer ability to Pb， Cd， Cu， Zn， Ni， Cr， the results can be used as a reference for the screening of local potential heavy metal-accumulating plants.

矿产资源是人类生产和生活的基本源泉之一，但矿产资源的开发对国民经济发展起着重要的推动作用，与此同时也产生严峻的环境问题。矿山开采过程中，由于采矿废水和选矿废液中的重金属进入土壤，废石和尾矿等固体废弃物随雨水淋滤进入地下水系统，造成矿区周围土壤重金属污染。对重金属产品的不当处理、处置，已经对人类的生产生活环境造成了严重影響[1]。重金属可以通过空气、水、土壤等途径进入动植物体，并经由食物链放大富集进入人体，损害人体健康。而最引起人们关注和担忧的是其危害的隐蔽性、不可逆性和长期性[2-3]，对生态环境以及人类生存构成了严重威胁[4-5]。由于环境中的重金属不能被自然降解，因此土壤一旦被重金属污染，就很难彻底消除。……
