摘要在“双减”、规范的旗帜下，小学科学教师怎样高质量（学生完成学生活动手册的正确率）、高效益（学生尽量在一节课的时间内完成）地完成新教材配套的学生活动手册，成了全体科学教师迫在眉睫需要解决的实际问题。科学教师要即时下发学生活动手册，训练学生边听边记;要有效设计，将手册内容融入教学;要简化要求，做到图文结合;要将复杂任务分解难度;要利用板书化解难点;要有增有删，根据实际合理使用。

"Double Reduction" does not Reduce Taste and Quality

——On the efficient utilization of "student activity manual"

Abstract：Under the banner of "double reduction" and standardization，how primary school science teachers complete the student activity manual with high quality （the accuracy of students completing the activity manual）and high efficiency （students try to complete it in one class）has become a practical problem that all science teachers have to solve. Science Education teachers should immediately issue activity manuals to train students to listen and remember;To effectively design and integrate the contents of the manual into teaching;To simplify the requirements and achieve the combination of graphics and text;It is necessary to decompose complex tasks into difficulties;We should use blackboard writing to resolve difficulties;There should be additions and deletions，which should be used reasonably according to the actual situation.

2021年9月新學期，是各中小学全面落实中央“双减”政策的第一个学期。教育部根据中央部署，就加强作业管理工作提出明确要求，要求各学校、各学科从把握功能、严控总量、提高质量入手，坚决把学生过重的作业负担压减下来。这要求广大教师切实在深、细、严、实上下功夫，下大力气做强做优校内教育，健全学校教育质量服务体系，切实做到教师应教尽教，学生学足学好。

我校科学教研组认真研读政策，充分考虑学校实际，提出从调控科学作业总量、定期评价作业质量、课内时间完成作业、针对帮扶困难学生等几个方面落实“双减”政策，不断优化教学常规管理，科学合理安排作业。

1即时下发，训练学生边听边记

苏教版《科学》教材（下文无特殊说明均指苏教版内容）每一册都配有《学生活动手册》（下文简称《手册》），教师可以在上课前把《手册》及时发给学生，一方面可以让他们预习学习内容，另一方面让他们把《手册》当作课堂笔记来完成，灵活改变传统教学“新课学习一完成作业”的模式。……
