摘  要：针对当前应用本科型高校网络空间安全专业人才培养中存在的问题，在深度产教融合的指导思想下，提出了一种创新型人才培养模式。借助奇安信科技集团的支持，构建了“3+1”人才培养规划方案，实施了面向产业需求、突出实训实践的课程教学方案，同时通过强化“课程思政”、坚持“以赛促学”、引入“名师名家”等措施展开全员、全过程、全方位的育人工作，将学历教育与职业资格教育有机结合，为学生提供就业服务。研究结果是对复合型应用型网络空间安全专业高级技术人才培养的有效探索。

Abstract： In view of the problems existing in the training of cyberspace security professionals in application-oriented universities， this paper proposes an innovative talent training mode under the guidance of deep integration of production and education. With the support of QI-ANXIN Technology Group， we construct the "3+1" talent training plan， and implement the curriculum teaching scheme oriented to the industrial demand in order to highlight the practical training. At the same time， through strengthening the "Curriculum Ideology and Politics"， adhering to the "Competition to Promote Learning"， introducing "famous teachers and masters" and other measures， we carry out the whole staff， whole process and all-round education work， so as to integrate the academic education and vocational qualification education to provide employment service for students. The research result is an effective exploration on the cultivation of compound applied cyberspace security professional senior technical talents.

目前，網络空间已成为继陆、海、空、天之后的第五大战略空间[1]，网络空间安全问题也成为了关系到国计民生的重要问题。2016年，习近平总书记做出重要指示：“网络空间的竞争，归根结底是人才竞争”。随着全球范围内网络安全事件日益增加、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》及一系列配套政策法规的逐步落地实施，国内政企机构对网络空间安全的重视程度也日益提高，对相关人才的需求呈现爆发式增长。虽然目前我国网络空间安全的人才培养已经起步，但其相关专业毕业学生的数量和质量都远远不能满足行业企业的需要。因此，本文从应用型本科的办学定位出发，在深度产教融合的指导思想下提出了一种面向网络空间安全专业的“3+1”创新型人才培养模式，这对我国网络空间安全梯形人才体系的形成有着十分重要的意义。……
