摘 要：在中国制造2025背景下，中国制造业由“中国制造”向“中国创造”、“中国速度”向“中国质量”、“中国产品”向“中国品牌”的转变，社会对应用型人才的需求明显增大。以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，探索打通产教融合在人才培养、技术创新的通道，建立产教融合生态链，积极探索汽车制造与装配技术专业人才培养模式改革，以提升其人才培养体系的内升动力。

Building an Education Platform for the Integration of Production and Education， and Reforming the Innovative Talent Training Model

——Take Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Technology as an Example

Abstract：Under the background of Made in China 2025， the Chinese manufacturing industry will transform from “Made in China” to “Created in China”， “China Speed” to “Chinese Quality”， and “Chinese Products” to “Chinese Brands”. The demand for skilled talents has increased significantly. Guided by Xi Jinpings thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era， the article explores ways to integrate production and education in personnel training and technological innovation， establishes an ecological chain of integration of production and education， and actively explores the reform of the training model for automobile manufacturing and assembly technology professionals to improve the internal ascending power of the cultivation system.

《國务院办公厅关于深化产教融合的若干意见》（国办发〔2017〕95号）文件中指出：将产教融合作为促进经济社会协调发展的重要举措，融入经济转型升级各环节，贯穿人才开发全过程，形成政府企业学校行业社会协同推进的工作格局[1]。深化产教融合、校企合作是高职院校提升人才培养体系的内升动力，通过搭建产教融合育人平台，创新人才培养模式改革是提高应用型人才培养的有效途径。《江西省发改委关于召开推进产教融合平台建设座谈会的通知》（赣发改电〔2018〕268号）中提出，构建产教融合育人平台，充分发挥平台作用，促进江西省产业转型升级，推进经济社会跨越式高质量发展，因此江西交通职业技术学院汽车制造与装配技术专业进行试点，与行业企业共同搭建装备制造业产教融合育人平台，促进江西省经济社会跨越式高质量发展。
