摘 要：随着汽车行业的竞争日益激烈，客户的需求从注重外观到更关注汽车的内在质量方面转变，作为主机厂为响应客户的需求，需要不断挖掘内在质量控制能力，不仅关注零部件的生产工艺质量、过程装配质量及交付质量，同时更应重视零部件的物流过程质量，确保将合格的零部件准确配送至工位，按照标准的工艺组装成整车。而包装作为物流环节的基础单元，是零件过程防护的重要载体，已从原先粗犷式包装物提供转向精益包装需求，实现物流环节QCD（质量、成本、效率）的同步改善，为此，作为物流基础环节的包装防护设计也越来越得到主机厂的重视，包装防护设计理念也是不断的推陈出新。

Discussion about the Automobile Parts Package Design and the Process Protection

Abstract：As the car industry become increasingly competitive， customer demands from the appearance to the change to focus on the intrinsic quality of the car， in response to customer demand， need to constantly digging internal quality control ability， not only focus on parts assembly production process quality and process quality and the quality of delivery， at the same time， more should pay attention to logistics process quality of parts， so as to ensure the accurate distribution of qualified parts to the station， based on the standard process of assembly. And packaging as the basis of logistics link unit， the important carrier of the parts process protection， has been increased from straightforward type packing materials provided to lean packaging requirements， realize the logistics link QCD （quality， cost， efficiency） of synchronous improvement. Therefore， as a foundation for logistics link， package protection design is getting more and more attention of the hosts， and protective packaging design concept is also constant innovation.

1 引言

縱观汽车主机厂包装的发展，第一阶段为建标准，建流程;第二阶段为包装标准化、通用化;第三阶段为包装精益设计，如重视包装防护、人机工程及运输装载率改善等;各主机厂也是越来越重视包装的发展，器具的标准化及通用化取得一定的进展，包装防护的体系初步建立，但整体的包装防护能力还存在较多不足，影响物料质量及交付周期。

2 现状与问题

在生产过程中，包装处于生产过程的末尾和物流过程的开头，既是生产的终点又是物流的起点[1]。因此，包装过程防护的有效性对零件质量起着至关重要的作用，纵观目前主机厂零……
