摘 要：随着经济的发展，人们的生活水平也在不断提高，轿车已经进入千家万户。外后视镜作为轿车的重要组成部件，外后视镜操作简便，实用性强，且可以提升整车的美感。外后视镜的性能对整车驾驶体验至关重要。以下主要结合外后视镜的结构功能，和设计要求方面做解析，为外后视镜的设计提供参考。

Abstract：With the development of economy， people's living standard is also constantly improving， cars have entered thousands of households. The outside rearview mirror as an important part of the car is easy to operate， and can improve the beauty of the whole car. The performance of the external rearview mirror is critical to the driving experience of the vehicle. The following， mainly combined with the structure and function of the external rearview mirror， and design requirements， does the design analysis， to provide reference for the design of the external rearview mirror.

1 引言

外观上，从上世纪的桑塔纳、捷达等造型简陋、工艺粗糙的后视镜向现在越来越多车型所讲究的美观、精致的方向发展。结构上，从过去的镜片只能手动调节到如今的电动调节、记忆式调节，以及未来的电脑控制调节;镜头从手动调节发展到电动调节。功能上，不仅满足从前的视野观察要求，还已经或正在开发加热除霜、加装转向灯、倒车雷达、卫星定位、测试胎压、移动摄像、代接手机等新功能。

2 外后视镜结构功能介绍

外后视镜通过镜面一定角度范围内的转动来满足驾驶员的视野要求，分为手动和电动调节。外后视镜的镜头分为电动折叠及手动折叠，根据车型配置不同而选择。外后视镜根据车型不同，有不同的造型及结构，但总的说来，都具备镜壳、支架、镜片、托板、转向器、基板等基本结构。外后视镜由支架固定在前车门上，密封垫在支架与车门之间起到防水、防尘等密封作用。

3 外后视镜设计要求

3.1 外后视镜对造型的要求
