摘 要：本文分别从政策支撑、市场发展速度、市场规模等方面就新能源汽车市场规模现状进行了介绍;并就新能源汽车充电桩的数量、结构、集中度、分布等情况进行分析;并就运营主体及经营方式、经营模式、经济效益转化方式等方面对充电桩产业的营运情况进行了分析;最后，指出充电桩产业存在私人充电桩比例较低、充电桩的充电质量有待提高、建设方式有待规范管理等问题。

Development Status of China's New Energy Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

Abstract：This article introduces the current state of the market scale of new energy vehicles from the aspects of policy support， market development speed， and market scale， and analyzes the number， structure， concentration， and distribution of new energy vehicle charging piles. Besides the main body of operation， business mode， business model， economic efficiency conversion method and other aspects of the operation of the charging pile industry are analyzed; finally， the article points out that the charging pile industry has a low proportion of private charging piles， and the charging quality of charging piles needs to be improved and construction methods need to regulate management and other issues.

1 引言

近些年，绿色发展理念持续推进，电动汽车技术逐渐成熟、消费者对绿色低碳汽车的需求稳步增加，新能源汽车市场还将继续扩大。在此形势下，随着新能源汽车的增长，市场对充电桩等基础设施的需求也将不断提升，因此有必要掌握现有充电基础设施发展现状，了解充电桩建设方式，研究制定充电基础设施建设管理制度、技术标准体系、选址策略等，助力新能源汽车快速发展。

2 新能源汽车市场规模现状

2.1 政策支撑力度大

2010年，国务院发布了《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》，明确提出现阶段重点培育和发展新能源汽车等产业。随后，在各项新能源汽车支撑政策不断出台落地，如购置补贴、税费优惠、充電基础设施支撑规划等，在政策的带动下，中国市场规模稳居世界首位。2020年，《<乘用车企业平均燃料消耗量与新能源汽车积分并行管理办法>的决定》出台，加速了新能源汽车的推广速度。[1、2]
