摘 要：《汽车构造拆装实训》课是当前高等学校车辆工程专业中一门重要的专业必修课程。本文将根据实际课程教学过程中遇到的教学效果不佳等问题进行分析与探讨，并结合笔者所在高校当前的场地设备条件提出一套改善课堂教学效果的教学方式。为实训教学方法提供借鉴。

Research on the Teaching Mode of the Course "Automobile Structure Disassembly and Assembly Training" for Vehicle Engineering

Abstract：The course of "Automobile Structure Disassembly and Assembly Training" is an important professional compulsory course in the vehicle engineering major of colleges and universities. This article will analyze and discuss the problems of poor teaching effect encountered in the actual course teaching process， and propose a set of teaching methods to improve the classroom teaching effect in combination with the current site and equipment conditions of the author's college to provide reference for practical teaching methods.

1 前言

《汽车构造拆装实训》是在《汽车构造》理论课的基础上开展的一门实训课程，其目的在于提高學生对汽车构造的认识及锻炼学生的实操能力。主要项目包括：汽车发动机拆装、手动变速器拆装、自动变速器拆装、膜片弹簧离合器拆装和液力变矩器拆装等。由于开展的实训项目多，拆装步骤复杂，实训学时有限，实训场地拥挤等问题，导致多数学生无法快速融入实训课堂，令实训效果大大降低。为了更好地提高该课程的实训教学质量，笔者结合自身所在高校的实际情况，对《汽车构造拆装实训》的课堂情况进行分析，说明当前教学过程的主要问题，并提出了一种新的教学模式以提高教学质量。

2 课堂情况分析

2.1 教学计划情况

从系统上讲，《汽车构造拆装实训》的项目主要包括7大模块：汽车发动机拆装、手动变速器拆装、自动变速器拆装、膜片弹簧离合器拆装、液力变矩器拆装和底盘结构拆装等。计划学时为16学时。由于项目内容多，设备结构复杂，拆装步骤繁重，导致实训教学时间远远不足，如何有效地提高教学质量是当前较大的问题。……
