摘 要：教师队伍的建设是专业群建设的重要内容，开展模块化教学、建设结构化教师教学团队是当前高职教师队伍建设的研究方向。本文结合我院“双高”智能制造专业群建设情况，分析了模块化课程体系构建、结构化教师团队组建与运行等内容。

Research on the Establishment and Operation of Structured Teaching Team of Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Group

Abstract：The construction of the teaching team is an important part of the construction of professional groups. The development of modular teaching and the construction of a structured teacher teaching team are the current research directions for the construction of higher vocational teachers. This article combines the construction of the "double high" intelligent manufacturing professional group in our college， and analyzes the construction of a modular curriculum system， and the formation and operation of a structured teacher team.

四川交通职业技术学院是国家“双高”计划专业群建设单位，智能制造专业群建设是学院内部“双高”建设的规划内容之一。该专业群的建设对接交通装备智能制造产业链，通过整合学院内的汽车制造与试验技术、机械制造及自动化、工业机器人技术等六个专业来构建，实现人才供给侧、交通装备智能制造产业链人才需求侧融合发展。

教师教学团队的建设是专业群建设的重要内容，是专业群人才培养实施的重要保证。专业群对接产业链，各专业服务于产业链中的相应环节，其人才培养、课程体系等都发生了变化。着眼于专业群人才培养，为发挥教师团队的聚集效应和协同效应，需对现有的教师队伍进行整合、调整，构建专业群教师教学团队。

教师教学队伍的建设也是国家职教改革关注的重点。2019年发布的《国家职业教育改革实施方案》要求：“探索组建高水平、结构化教师教学创新团队，教师分工协作进行模块化教学”[1]。同年教育部发布的《全国职业院校教师教学创新团队建设方案》是教师队伍建设的具体指导文件，“教师分工协作进行模块化教学，不断提升教学质量效果”[2]。……
