摘 要：工业4.0即‘互联网+制造已经成为发达国家制造行业发展的重要方向。而据相关数据统计我国制造业还集中在技术密集型中，所以发展智能制造不仅是我国产业转型升级的突破口，也是我们重塑制造业竞争优势的新引擎，智能制造势在必行。要实现‘中国制造2025规划，各高校纷纷开设了智能制造专业，响应国家号召力大力发展能够满足智能制造行业要求的职业技能教育基地和培训机构，用以不断适应智能制造行业变革所需要的技能需求和人才需求。本文主要探讨如何建设职业技能教育和培训相关配套的实训设施。

Discussion about the Practical Training Construction Plan of Vocational Undergraduate Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering

Abstract：Industry 4.0， or ‘Internet + Manufacturing， has become an important direction for the development of manufacturing industries in developed countries. According to relevant statistics， China's manufacturing industry is still concentrated in technology-intensive industries. Therefore， the development of intelligent manufacturing is not only a breakthrough for China's industrial transformation and upgrading， but also a new engine to reshape the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry. Intelligent manufacturing is imperative. To realize the Made in China 2025' plan， various universities have opened smart manufacturing majors， responding to the national call to vigorously develop vocational skills education bases and training institutions that can meet the requirements of the smart manufacturing industry， so as to continuously adapt to the needs of the smart manufacturing industry reform. This article mainly discusses how to construct training facilities relating to vocational skills education and training.

1 绪论

随着国家《智能制造发展规划（2016-2020年）》和《中国制造2025》的出台，智能制造作为主攻方向，同时也了解到我们国家的智能制造。中国的智能制造就是利用新一代信息通信技术与先进制造技术深度融合，贯穿于整个零件设计、生產、管理、服务等制造单元的各个环节，是一种具有自感知、自学习、自决策、自执行、自适应等多种功能的新型生产方式。根据高等教育法、依据《普通本科学校设置暂行规定》（教高[2006]18号）、《教育部关于“十三五”期间高等学校设置工作的意见》（教发[2017]3号），按照学校的发展规划，结合我院的整体办学条件和办学实力，通过广泛调研和论证智能制造专业的办学条件、专业定位、专业培养目标、教学计划、毕业生的职业面向和社会需求，特申请增设智能制造职业本科专业。……
