摘 要：共享经济是通过将资源拥有者的闲置资源进行共享而创造价值的商務模式。随着工业互联网技术的不断发展，共享经济迎来了新的契机。本文深入探究汽车制造模式的未来趋势和工业互联网技术的发展前景，对基于工业互联网技术的汽车共享制造模式进行深入挖掘，构建以共享制造平台为核心的端到端的闭环运作模式。同时，重点研究以终端用户的整车订单为输入，经共享制造平台将订单转化为一系列服务需求，通过平台匹配最优的资源配置方案，实现最终的订单交付的全过程。基于工业互联网的汽车共享制造模式将引领汽车产业的集群式发展，为产业的进一步升级奠定基础。

Research on Car Sharing Manufacturing Mode Based on Industrial Internet

Abstract：Sharing economy is a business model that creates value by sharing the idle resources of resource owners. With the continuous development of industrial Internet technology， the sharing economy has ushered in new opportunities. This paper deeply explores the future trend of automobile manufacturing model and the development prospect of industrial Internet technology， and deeply explores the car sharing manufacturing model based on industrial Internet technology， and builds an end-to-end closed-loop operation mode with a shared manufacturing platform as the core. At the same time， the key research is to take the end user's vehicle order as the input， transform the order into a series of service requirements through the shared manufacturing platform， and match the optimal resource allocation plan through the platform to realize the final order delivery process. The car-sharing manufacturing model based on the industrial internet will lead the cluster development of the automotive industry and lay the foundation for the further upgrading of the industry.

1 前言

随着信息技术的不断发展、制造能力的不断升级，传统的消费模式已经不能满足消费者的需求，为了满足消费者的个性化需求、进一步降低交易费用，让渡闲置资源的共享经济规模快速扩张。

《中国共享经济发展年度报告（2019）》研究表明制造能力共享成为共享经济的新的发力点。共享制造是指运用共享经济的核心原理，将过剩的生产制造能力作为资源统一聚集、动态匹配给制造资源需求方。工业和信息化部印发的《关于加快培育共享制造新模式新业态促进制造业高质量发展的指导意见》将共享制造平台建设作为共享制造发展的核心任务，打造“平台接单、按工序分解、多工厂协同”的共享制造模式，并不断提升平台的智能化水平。……
