摘 要：聚焦2020，不论是中美在国际贸易中日益紧张的关系、国际社会在跨境交易中日益严谨的立法，还是疫情对于全球经济秩序、合作方式的冲击，都为我国的整体发展带来了极大的国际挑战，在解决国内发展问题的同时、更要积极应对此类国际关系问题。在这一过程中，我国坚定地坚持马克思主义思想、中国特色社会主义理论和习近平法治思想不动摇，在困境的应对和问题的解决上做出了良好的回应，也彰显了国际责任感。

Reflections on the Current International Economic and Legal Environment Facing China

Abstract： Focusing on 2020， whether it is the increasingly tense relations between China and the United States in international trade， the increasingly stringent legislation of the international community in cross-border transactions， or the impact of the epidemic on the global economic order and cooperation methods， all have brought great significance to the overall development of our country.While addressing domestic development issues， such issues in international relations should also be actively responded to.In this process， China firmly adhered to Marxism， the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law， and responded well to the difficulties and problems， demonstrating its international sense of responsibility.

自2018年以来，世界格局在冲突与合作的不断转换中发生着巨大的变化。随着突如其来的疫情和多边关系的改变，国际形势持续恶化，大国对抗加剧，地缘冲突导致区域碎片化，世界经济形式也在这一系列不稳定因素的影响下走向停滞。

2020年3月份以来，疫情仍在全球加速蔓延，世界经济下行风险加剧。内外部形势的双重压力，为中国在国际贸易、政治、外交等方面都带来了极大的挑战，面对严峻的考验，中国则更应当高举中国特色社会主义的大旗不动摇，坚持底线思维，做好和外部较大风险长期相处的思想和工作准备。同时也应准确认识变化、科学应对变化、主动谋求变化，善于在变化中把握新机遇，把当前的“危”转换成发展当中的“机”。
