摘 要：为降低安全事故风险，减小人因事故率，在传统职业适应性理论的基础上，通过考虑心理负荷和安全心理素质，构建出安全职业适应性测评方法。该方法主要通过德尔菲法和四分位法确定生理、心理指标，通过心理、生理测试确定安全职业适应性评价指标，再通过二元logistics回归分析对上述指标进行评价。据此，构建出安全职业适应性综合评价方程。研究表明，通过安全职业适应性测试评价法，可遴选出心理负荷强、安全素质高的煤炭掘进作业人员，从而达到优化人员配备、降低人因事故率的目的。实践证明该方法可降低45%的事故率，因此开展安全职业适应性研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

Evaluation Method of Safety Occupational Adaptability of Coal Tunneling Workers

Abstract： To reduce the risk of safety accidents and the human accident rate， on the basis of the traditional occupational adaptability theory， a safety occupational adaptability evaluation method is constructed by considering the psychological load and safety psychological quality. This method mainly uses the Delphi method and the quartile method to determine the safety occupational adaptability evaluation indicators， and then evaluates the above indicators through psychological and physiological tests and binary logistics regression analysis; accordingly to this， a comprehensive evaluation equation for safety adaptability is constructed. Research shows that the safety occupational adaptability test and evaluation method can select coal tunneling operators with strong psychological load and high safety quality， so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing staffing and reducing human accident rate. The practice proved that this method can reduce the accident rate by 45%， so the study of safety occupational adaptability has important theoretical value and practical significance.

近年來，煤炭安全生产问题日益突显，安全素质能力和职业适应性综合研究课题得到国内外学者广泛关注。安全职业适应性作为特殊职业适应性的一种，可概况为“人的安全”和“完成工作任务”的辩证统一。通过对作业人员的安全素质和执业能力进行评价的方式，最终达到保证作业人员人身安全和完成职业活动的双重目标[1]。
