【摘  要】随着社会经济的不断发展，建筑行业蓬勃发展，施工企业也迅速成长，施工企业基层党建工作也越来越引起人们的重视。论文对当前新时期发展背景下，施工企业基层党组织工作方法进行探究。希望施工企业能不断健全党建工作机制，强化党组织核心地位，充分发挥基层党建工作作用，以党建工作为载体，为企业获取到更多的效益。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of social economy， the construction industry is booming， the construction enterprises are also growing rapidly， and the grassroots Party building work of construction enterprises has attracted more and more attention. This paper explores the working methods of grassroots Party organizations of construction enterprises in the current new era. It is hoped that the construction enterprises can continuously improve the working mechanism of Party building， strengthen the core position of the Party organization， give full play to the role of grassroots Party building， and take the Party building work as the carrier to obtain more benefits for the enterprises.

1 引言

為促使党建工作顺利进行，就需要明确党建工作的基本目标，思考企业应该如何建立党建机制，建立什么样的党建机制，需要考虑在严格遵循相关法律法规的基础上如何开展好党建活动。总体上来说，党建工作的开展是为了引领企业以更快更好地发展。在工作过程中，应该充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用，引导企业工作人员全面贯彻落实党的方针政策，对促使企业自身的发展具有重要的现实意义。

2 建立健全机制，确保党建工作深入推进

党的十九届三中全会提出“完善坚持党的全面领导的制度”“要建立健全党对重大工作的领导体制机制”。施工企业要从战略高度推进基层工作，坚持以党建工作为引领，不断地完善党建机制工作，使其能与当前建筑行业发展的实际情况相适应，使其更加符合社会发展的需求，确保施工企业获得更多的利益。从根本上来说，党建工作的各项机制是促使这一工作顺利运行的根本。……
