【摘  要】在我国的经济发展过程中，国有企业占据着重要位置，它不仅是社会主义市场经济的重要参与者，也是国家实现宏观调控的重要武器。因此，在国有企业的经营过程中加强日常的管理工作至关重要。在各项活动开展的过程中，思想政治工作的开展占据着重要位置，而国有企业的企业文化与思想政治工作的开展有什么关系呢？论文针对企业文化对国有企业思想政治工作开展的影响进行深入探索，并提出合理的措施，以供相关人员借鉴。

【Abstract】In the process of China's economic development， state-owned enterprises occupy an important position， it is not only an important participant in the socialist market economy， but also an important weapon for the country to achieve macro-control. Therefore， it is very important to strengthen the daily management in the operation process of state-owned enterprises. In the process of various activities， the development of ideological and political work occupies an important position， and what is the relationship between the enterprise culture of state-owned enterprises and the development of ideological and political work？ This paper probes into the influence of enterprise culture on the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises， and puts forward reasonable measures for the reference of relevant personnel.

1 引言

结合习近平总书记在全国国有企业党的建设工作会议中提出的内容可以了解到，坚持党对国有企业的领导不动摇，重视基层思想政治工作的开展是提高企业效益，增强企业核心竞争能力的关键。因此，在国有企业开展各项工作的过程中，重视思想政治工作有利于提高企业效益增强核心竞争力，加强思想政治工作能够营造良好的工作氛围，为各项工作的开展打下坚实基础。在国有企业思想政治工作开展的过程中，企业文化不仅是思想政治工作开展的基石，也为思想政治工作的开展提供有效的助力，对于思想政治工作的开展具有较强的促进意义。因此，本文将针对企业文化在国有企业思想政治工作中的作用进行有效的分析，并提出合理的实现途径，促进企业的健康发展。……
