【摘  要】“互联网+”在政府行政管理模式中的应用是现阶段时代发展的必然趋势，电子政务平台的发展给公众的行政管理需求提供了极大的便利，同时也最大程度地提高了政府行政管理效率。论文首先介绍了“互联网+”背景下我国政府行政管理模式创新的必要性，然后提出了几点行政管理创新策略，以期能够给相关机构或者类似研究起一定的借鉴作用，促进政府机构行政管理模式的不断优化创新。

【Abstract】The application of "internet +" in government administrative management mode is an inevitable trend of the development of the times at this stage. The development of e-government platform provides great convenience for the public's administrative management needs， and at the same time improves the efficiency of government administrative management to the greatest extent. This paper firstly introduces the necessity of the innovation of Chinese government administrative management mode under the background of "internet +"， and then promotes several administrative management innovation strategies， so as to play a certain reference role for relevant institutions or similar research， and promote the continuous optimization and innovation of government administrative management mode.

1 引言

信息技术在不同领域的应用极大地优化了相关领域的产业结构，标志着信息社会的全面到来。在此背景下，许多地方政府都开始运用信息技术构建自身的“互联网+行政管理”服务平台，推进政府行政管理服务的信息化模式建设。然而由于我国疆域辽阔，不同地区之间的文化、经济以及政治发展存在着一定的差异，导致行政管理模式信息化建设发展不均衡，不利于行政管理模式创新的全面发展。另外因为我国“互联网+”在行政管理领域的应用起步较晚，导致我国人民群众对于信息化政务平台缺乏完整的认识，进而造成信息化行政管理模式利用率没有达到预期的效果[1]。

2 “互联网+”背景下我国政府行政管理模式创新的必要性
