【摘  要】在新时期的发展过程中，为使我国的社会和经济迅速增长和发展，我国的企业必须强化党政工作，并且必须更具创新性。改革开放后，我国的政治经济发展迅速向前发展。企业党政活动的变化可以决定企业文化思想活动的变化，而企业文化对于本企业的发展和经济利益非常重要。只有通过加强政治框架，干部队伍才能发挥关键作用，从而有效促进企业经济的快速增长。

【Abstract】In the development process of the new period， in order to make China's society and economy grow and develop rapidly， Chinese enterprises must strengthen the Party and government work and be more innovative. After the reform and opening up， China's political and economic development has developed rapidly. The change of Party and government activities in enterprises can determine the change of corporate culture and ideological activities， and corporate culture is very important for the development and economic interests of enterprises. Only by strengthening the political framework can cadres play a key role and effectively promote the rapid growth of enterprise economy.

1 引言

改革开放后，我国在文化、教育、经济、社会和技术领域取得了长足的进步。为了适应快速变化的市场的需求，中国企业必须积极进行内部改革并保持良好的发展势头。随着时间的推移，企业各种职能的创建、开发和实施与企业员工都有着千丝万缕的联系。本文介绍了在新时期背景下我国企业政工工作的现状及干部人群情况，同时为建立企业有效的党政行动小组提供了指导。市其随着时间的推移而满足市场经济需求的结构。

2 新时期企业党政工作的意义

2.1 有利于企业员工凝聚力的强化

员工是业务发展中最重要的力量。员工在企业健康长期发展中发挥着重要作用。通过有效的领导才能提供有效的思想政治教育，可以有效解决员工生活和工作中的思想转变问题。它还可以增强工人的团结感，并提高员工的积极性。新时期企业必须做更多的事情，党政工作直接影响着我们员工的工作水平。……
