【摘    要】体育“核心素养”已经成为体育课程教学的重点，学校和教师也越发关注“学本课堂”的教学模式。在学生素质全面发展的现代社会中，如何通过体育“学本课堂”发展体育“核心素养”已经成为体育教师重点关注的问题。所以在体育教学中，教师应积极采取措施通过“学本课堂”的教学理念，发展好体育核心素养，全面提升学生的体育素养以及提高教学质量。

“Student-oriented Classroom” of Physical Education to Improve the Core Quality of Physical Education

【Abstract】The "core literacy" of physical education has become the focus of physical education curriculum， and schools and teachers are paying more and more attention to the teaching mode of "student-oriented classroom". In the modern society where the quality of students is fully developed， how to develop the "core literacy" of sports through the "student-oriented classroom" of sports has become a key concern of physical education teachers. Therefore， in physical education， teachers should actively take measures to develop core physical literacy through the teaching concept of "student-oriented classroom"， comprehensively improve students' physical literacy and improve teaching quality.

随着学校对学生综合素质培养的深入开展，核心素养已经成为体育课程教学的关键内容。学本课堂是强调以学生为学习主体的符合现代化教学要求的教学理念，能充分调动学生的主动性和积极性，全面提升教学效果。

一、学本课堂教学理念

随着教学改革的不断深入，传统以教师主讲的教学理念和模式也逐渐发生了改变，进而强调“以学生为本”的学本课堂教学思维和方式。学本课堂是新时代背景下符合现代教学理念和目标的教学方式。学习过程中摒弃了传统教师一人教学，学生被动接受、服从性学习和依赖性学习的教学方式，让学生的学习地位逐渐提升，与教师一起成为学习过程中的主体，共同发挥学习的积极性和主动性。学本课程教学理念的转变和教学方式的执行，其一，能有效规避传统教学的弊端，传统教学中，教师一味进行满堂灌硬式的教学，却很少考虑学生的学习感受和学习质量，导致学生的学习能力、学习思维和探索能力受到了很大限制，致使很多学生对教师有很强的依赖性，离开教师就无法进行正常的学习。……
