【摘    要】莆田自古就有“文献名邦”的美誉，几千年来，木兰溪孕育了奇特的莆仙文化，其中节日文化资源尤为丰富。我园地处荔城区南郊社区，该地区民风淳朴，传统节日习俗保留完整。为此我园深入学习和探究莆仙传统文化，通过师生体验式感受、学习，挖掘“节日文化”的文化价值及审美情趣，开展了莆仙节日文化融入幼儿课程的实践探究。

On the Practice of Integrating Puxian Festival Culture into Kindergarten Curriculum

【Abstract】Putian has a good reputation of "famous literature nation" since ancient times. For thousands of years， Mulan River has bred a unique Puxian culture， among which festival culture resources are particularly rich. Our garden is located in the southern suburb community of Licheng District， where the folk customs are simple and the traditional festivals and customs remain intact. For this reason， our kindergarten deeply studies and explores the traditional culture of Puxian， excavates the cultural value and aesthetic taste of "festival culture" through experiencing and learning between teachers and students， and carries out the practical exploration of integrating Puxian festival culture into preschool curriculum.

一、实践探究中的学习与调整

因为分园所在课题研究指导导师上的缺失，我们积极引导教师自学，以老带新学，外学，收集前人研究经验，合理进行园本甄选，借鉴园部已完成的市级课题《七彩课程》的研究经验，扎实有序地开展节日文化融入幼儿园课程的探究。

（一）尝试实操性体验式教研，“做中学”“做中研”

通过发放调查问卷，了解教师对幼儿园课程的认知和理解，从对问卷的分析中發现存在的问题和需要加强的方向，再通过内容丰富多彩的园本培训和外出培训，提高每位教师的专业理论水平。本学期开展了具有针对性的园本培训活动，如《民间游戏走进幼儿园课程的实践探索》《基于儿童视角的幼儿园本土文化环境创设》《中国传统文化民俗课程》等，通过这些培训内容，让教师提升不同领域的专业知识;同时课题研究过程中多次组织教师前往福州、厦门、上海、重庆、总部幼儿园等学习、参观，学习更高层次的理论学习，参观不同类型的幼儿园课程文化。……
