【摘    要】幼儿园是幼儿学习与生活的主阵地，但是从某种意义上分析，家庭在教育中也占据着不可替代的作用。无论是幼儿园教育还是家庭教育，都是以幼儿的成长和学习为主要出发点，培养幼儿良好的言行举止、行为品德和学习技巧等。在新时代的教育背景下，作为幼儿园的教师，应积极地推进家园共育模式的构建，让幼儿在混龄交往活动中体验不一样的教育，培养幼儿健康的心理、团结意识以及责任感，全面实现幼儿的健康成长。基于此，笔者将针对现阶段家园共育模式存在的实际问题进行分析，并提出相关的优化策略，以实现幼儿的全面发展。

A Probe into the Method of Family-Kindergarten Co-education in Mixed-age Communication Activities

【Abstract】Kindergarten is the main front of children's learning and life， but from a certain sense， the family also plays an irreplaceable role in education. Whether it is kindergarten education or family education， it is based on the growth and learning of children as the main starting point to cultivate good behaviors， behaviors， morals and learning skills. In the new era of education， as kindergarten teachers， they should actively promote the construction of a home-kindergarten co-education model， so that children can experience different education in mixed-age interaction activities， and cultivate children's healthy psychology， sense of solidarity and sense of responsibility ， Fully realize the healthy growth of children. Based on this， the author will analyze the actual problems of the family-kindergarten co-education model at this stage， and propose relevant optimization strategies to achieve the all-round development of children.

自古以來，环境都是影响一个人学习与成长的关键因素。从幼儿阶段的儿童成长与学习的环境分析，良好的教育或者活动环境对于儿童的教育具有促进作用，不好的学习、生活环境会对儿童的学习心理、思想、言行举止等多方面都会产生很大的负面影响。因此，在幼儿阶段的教育上，作为教师，要加强对混龄交往活动中家园共育价值的认识，从儿童的实际出发，为儿童创造良好的生活、学习环境，培养儿童健全的人格以及多元化的素养，实现“以人为本”的核心教育理念。

一、目前幼儿阶段混龄交往活动中家园共育构建存在的基本问题分析

就目前幼儿阶段的混龄交往活动开展情况分析，教师在不断提升对家园共育模式建设的重视度，旨在帮助儿童形成良好的生活、学习技能，实现幼儿思想、品行等多元素养的提升。……
