【摘    要】进入新世纪后，我们已经全面进入信息化时代。对信息进行获取、处理和使用的能力，成为现代人必备的技能之一。小学生是祖国的未来，也是每个家庭的希望。在新时代，对小学生的教育工作面临着新的机遇，但也伴随着新的挑战。增强核心素养教育，是我们作为教育工作者发挥教书育人的职能，促进学生健康成长的重要途径。教师要充分自己的聪明才智，因势利导，帮助学生养成良好的品德素养和核心素养。

An Analysis of the Strategy of Integrating Moral Education into Primary School Teaching under the Core Accomplishment

【Abstract】After entering the new century， we have entered the information age， the ability to acquire， process and use information has become one of the necessary skills of modern people.Primary school students are the future of our country and the hope of every family.In the new era， the education of primary school students is facing new opportunities， but also with new challenges.Strengthening core literacy education is an important way for us as educators to play the role of teaching and educating people and promote the healthy growth of students.We should give full play to the wisdom and wisdom of educators and lead students to develop good moral qualities and excellent core qualities according to the situation.

核心素养是当前我国在进行语文、数学、信息技术等各类学科教育中提出的一项重要任务，也是很多教育工作者面临的艰巨挑战。對比传统意义上的文化教学、知识教育，核心素养教育更强调对各个学科核心素质、优秀品德，以及学生思维品质、学生道德品行、学生行为习惯等的教育引导。在核心素养的内涵要求中，道德品行方面的要求是不可或缺的，这也符合立德树人、教书育人的中国传统教育文化观点，对学生的成长有重要意义。本文主要从各个学科开展的德育、学生管理活动开展的德育、教师队伍建设开展的德育、校园文化活动开展的德育、家庭和学校联合开展德育工作展开分析，希望可以为后研究者提供适当的借鉴参考意义。

一、基于各个学科开展的德育

德育的开展和核心素养教育有着非常紧密的关系。从某种意义上来讲，学生只有在道德品质上具备一定的素质，才能在核心素养的发展方面取得令人满意的效果。……
