摘要 ：本文从用户体验的角度出发，分析对比三款典型短视频 APP 抖音、快手、微视界面使用的视觉感知、交互感知，归纳三者之间的异同与优缺点，提出基于用户体验的短视频 APP 界面设计策略。总结出短视频 APP 界面设计中应充分考虑用户在视觉层面、交互层面、心理感知层面的需求，增强用户观看体验的沉浸感，营造社交互动氛围，注重用户主动选择性。通过本文的研究，以期能帮助提升短视频 APP 产品的用户粘性与市场竞争力。

Abstract ：This paper from the perspective of user experience， this paper analyzes and compares the visual perception and interactive perception used by three typical short video APPs， Douyin， Kuaishou and Micro-horizon， summarizes the similarities and differences， advantages and disadvantages of the three， and puts forward the interface design strategy of short video APPs based on user experience.It is concluded that the interface design of short video app should fully consider the needs of users in the visual level， interactive level and psychological perception level， enhance the immersion of users to enhance the viewing experience， create a social interaction atmosphere， and pay attention to users' initiative and selectivity， so as to enhance the user stickiness and market competitiveness of the product.

1用户体验概述

互联网产品兴起之后，用户体验（User Experience，简称UE 或 UX）理念在人机交互的发展领域逐渐受到重视。用户体验是指使用者在操作或使用一件产品或一项服务时的所做、所想和所感，涉及到通过产品和服务提供给使用者的理性价值与感性体验 [1]。用户体验的好坏没有确切统一的评价标准，从企业到学术界，很多学者从不同的角度探究“用户体验设计方法”在产品优化中所起到的作用。唐纳德 · 诺曼在《情感化设计》中提到设计的三个层次 ：从本能层次、行为层次、到反思层次的设计 [2]。即指产品设计所体现的从表面印象、使用过程的愉悦感到产品体验所能带来的在精神、情感上更高级的感受，而这三者在一个产品设计上能相互影响作用。Jesse James Garrett 在《用户体验要素》一书中提出了用户体验的五个层次， 包括 ：战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层、表面层。……
