摘要 ：针对近年来校园外卖送取过程中产生的延迟、误取、易污染等问题，研究其中不合理的因素，从时效性、安全性、易用性，卫生性等角度出发，进行校园智能外卖自提柜设计研究。本文采用观察法、问卷调查法、访谈法等方法，从外卖配送员、学生以及校园管理等角度入手，寻找产生这一系列问题的原因，并且运用外卖自提柜和 APP 关联的智能技术，从原理、功能、外观结构等方面阐述校园智慧外卖自提柜的设计思路。以期有效提高外卖送取双方的使用效率，解决双方因为送取时间不匹配而产生的延误、错拿以及卫生问题。

Abstract ：In view of the problems such as delay， mistake and easy pollution in the delivery process of campus take-out in recent years， the unreasonable factors are studied. From the perspective of timeliness， safety， ease of use and hygiene， the design and research of campus intelligent take-out self-delivery cabinets are carried out. This paper USES the method of observation， questionnaire investigation， interview method and other methods， from the food distribution， students and campus management Angle， find the reasons for this a series of problems， and using the take-away from the container and APP associated smart technology， from the aspects of principle， function， appearance structure in this paper， the design idea of campus wisdom take-away from the container. It is expected to effectively improve the efficiency of both parties and solve the delay， wrong taking and hygiene problems caused by the mismatch of delivery time.

大学生群体数量庞大，外卖服务需求旺盛。外卖目前已经成为大学生活中不可或缺的一部分，但其中也产生了许多问题。主要情况有送取双方的时间不配对、彼此等待时间过长，或是外卖派送员将外卖放在宿舍门口，导致错拿与外卖被污染，由此产生诸多纠纷。有些学校不允许派送员进校，给大学生生活带来不便，使用外卖自提柜是解决此类问题的有效办法之一。目前国内对快递自提柜的研究较多 [1-4]，已有成熟产品，但针对大学生用户的校园外卖自提柜的研究与设计开发还较少 [5-9]。本文从外卖运作模式、餐馆、外卖派送员、学生、校园管理等方面进行调查分析，深入探究问题产生的原因以及对大学校园智慧外卖自提柜设计进行研究。……
