【摘  要】在我国当前教育教学改革的背景下，教师队伍的建设和发展显得尤为重要。教育界对于如何提高学生的学习能力、如何提升教师的教研质量、如何在保障教研工作顺利开展的同时对学生进行有效的辅导与帮助，都做出了深入的思考。本文将重点针对现阶段初中数学教研工作的创新思路进行分析，并融合现阶段教学的重点方向和学生的健康成长与发展做出必要的思考，力争为后续初中数学教研工作的开展提出全新的问题，并能基于问题设计出有效的解决方案。

【Abstract】Under the background of my country's current education and teaching reforms， the construction and development of the teaching team is particularly important. The education industry has made in-depth thinking on how to improve the learning ability of students， how to improve the quality of teaching and research of teachers， and how to provide effective guidance and assistance to students while ensuring the smooth development of teaching and research work. This article will focus on the analysis of the innovative ideas of the current junior high school mathematics teaching and research work， and integrate the key directions of the current teaching and the healthy growth and development of students to make the necessary thinking， and strive to raise new questions for the subsequent development of the junior high school mathematics teaching and research work. ， And can design effective solutions based on the problem.

結合现阶段初中数学教研工作的开展来分析，数学教学整体呈现出一种向好向上的发展模式，但是其中依然有个别问题亟待商榷与解决。其中，较为突出的如下：第一，如何基于学科教研的方向设计正确的教研策略;第二，如何严格规范并执行相关教研主题;第三，如何实现对教研工作的创新和发展;第四，如何实现对教研力度的提升与假设，凝聚教研的方向性，突出教研的核心价值;第五，如何构建科学的教研体系与教研联盟，实现教研工作长效发展机制的形成;第六，如何有效推动初中数学教研工作开展的整体质量与水平，保障教研的效率与作用性。

一、突出学科教研方向

初中数学教研工作的开展，需要明确相应的教研工作开展方向。在设计方向的过程中，教师要保证方向的设计与学生的学习规律和学习能力形成有效统一的体系。……
