【摘  要】在当前的高中班级管理中，大多数班主任仍然沿用传统的管理思想，缺乏创新意识和改革举措，导致学生的主体发展和认知意识存在偏差，不利于学生的素质发展，其德育渗透效果不佳。因此，笔者结合自身教育管理经验，对新时期高中班主任德育管理工作展开研究。

The Innovation and Development of Moral Education Management of Senior High School Head Teachers in the New Era

【Abstract】In the current high school class management， most of the head teachers still use traditional management ideas， lacking innovative awareness and reform measures， leading to deviations in the subject development and cognitive awareness of students， which is not conducive to the quality development of students， and its moral education penetrates not effectively. Therefore， the author combines his own educational management experience to conduct research on the moral education management of senior high school head teachers in the new era.

高中是學生教育发展的关键时期，因此对学生心理素质、文化知识、技能等方面的培养十分重要。班主任作为班级管理的主要负责人，对学生的心理建设、思德品质、行为意识等方面的教育尤为重要。因此，本文对当前高中班级管理中所存在的问题、加强高中生德育管理的重要性、提升德育管理的创新方法三个方面进行了研究。

一、当前高中班级管理中所存在的问题

通过对高中班级管理工作的组织和实施进行分析发现，当前高中班主任工作中主要存在以下几点问题：第一，学生主体地位不足。学生作为课堂活动的主体，也是班级管理的重要参与者。但在当前的教育管理中，大多数班主任以本位管理为主要形式，缺乏学生的主体参与，导致学生的集体意识和团队精神培养不足。第二，德育渗透不足。对于青春期的高中生，其心理建设正趋于完善，因此对学生心理辅导和德育培养的引导工作尤为重要。然而，部分班主任受传统应试教育的影响，过于注重对学生学习情况的关注，缺乏对学生主体的心理指导，导致学生的心理发展产生偏差。……
